You choose for yoga sessions to recover from an illness or escape the stress of all day. There are fixed programs of 7 nights/8 days or a customized program of a minimum of 3 nights/4 days or more. You decide for yourself when you come and how long you stay. Trough individual attention you learn methods to find compassion with yourself. Wellness program in consultation if necessary. Activities are, hiking tours & beach yoga, meditation-silent walks with attention to the feet. The walking meditation can give direction to the troubled mind.
