- Located on the site for the former Chateaublond sugarcane plantation, the park traces the story of sugarcane production in Haiti. Talented guides help visitors understand period bells, mills, boilers, barrels, ovens, aqueducts, a production plant, and a locomotive. The park is also host to many concerts and an onsite restaurant, Le Relais which serves local cuisine and fresh squeezed sugarcane juice.
