- The Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon, Half-Marathon and 4-Person Relay all begin at 5AM on Sunday, 8 December 2019. The Kids Fun Run begins at 10:30am. The Marathon course is a looped one. Walkers are welcome to walk the half marathon as the course will be open for six (6) hours. The relay teams are made up of four (4) persons, and can be co-ed. Each team member runs approximately 6.5 miles. One timing chip belt will be issued to each team, and each team member wears that belt when he/she runs his/her leg. There will be shuttles to take runners on the relay teams between the Start/Finish line and the Turnaround Point where the chips are exchanged. The race begins and ends in front of Sharkeez Restaurant in the beautiful waterfront area of George Town! (Source: Event Website)
