Known as one of the world’s largest cave networks, the Camuy River Cave Park in Puerto Rico has a cavern ceiling height of 10 stories in some areas. It is a large network of natural limestone caves and underground waterways carved by the third-largest underground river in the world, the Río Camuy (Camuy River). The 300 acre park is managed by Puerto Rico National Parks system and walking tours are offered in both English and Spanish.
