Named after the gathering places of the city squares scattered throughout Italy, Piazza Pascal is a space for friends and family to come together and share time, laughter, meals and more. Chef Pascal is of Italian descent and was born and raised in Paris. He trained and worked in Paris before moving to America where he met and married Donna. Together he and his wife owned and operated a restaurant in the Detroit area with their family for many years before moving to St. Martin. The menu incorporates Pascal’s French training along with his Italian upbringing, adding in his love of the Caribbean flavors.
