After experimenting with a small juice and refreshment kiosk for a year, we decided in 1992 to carry out a coffee that served Creole food lunches and prepared only with fresh products and in the way that the grandmothers did in the traditional kitchen of Puerto Rico, in this way appeared the rice to the cauldron, the beans cooked with sofrito and recao of the house, the tostones, mofongos and stuffed avocados.
